State Issues Bizarre PSA Demanding Proper Attire in License Photos

Attention Georgia residents! The Georgia Department of Driver Services has issued a new and necessary PSA. According to Fox 54, the Georgia DDS posted on Facebook, urging citizens to please wear clothes when taking photos for their digital driver’s licenses and state IDs. The agency emphasized the importance of keeping it “classy” when being photographed for official identification.

Moreover, the DDS has assured residents that digital copies are not a substitute for physical copies but can be used in TSA checkpoints. Now, the government website allows people to have state-issued IDs on their iPhones or Apple Watches through their Apple Wallet. This new technology is a lot more convenient for those that tend to lose important documents all the time.

Several other states have also followed suit, including Arizona, Colorado, and Maryland, according to State Scoop. Imagine being tech-savvy in Georgia! Unfortunately, the liberal media will never tell you this good news because they are too busy focusing on important issues such as global warming and gender-neutral bathrooms.

Georgia is leading the way in innovative ways of identification. With that said, citizens should follow the rules and dress appropriately for their driver’s license and state ID photos. It’s simple manners. While this may seem like common sense, it’s always good to have a reminder every once in a while. Do what’s right, be a patriot, take a good picture and keep it professional!
