The liberal elite and their cheerleaders in the media love to cry foul about a conservative Supreme Court, painting every split decision as some partisan travesty. Yet, when the nine justices unanimously agree, you could hear a pin drop among the liberal punditry. Friday’s Supreme Court decision, which permits American victims of terrorism to sue Palestinian organizations, is a perfect example.
The court delivered a clear message: America will not stand idly by while terrorists target its citizens. This decision reversed a ridiculous lower court ruling that had blocked Americans from seeking justice in their own country. Why? Because leftist judges believed that foreign entities like the Palestinian Authority and the Palestine Liberation Organization hadn’t “consented” to be sued. Give me a break.
In 2019, Congress passed a law making it possible for U.S. victims of terrorism to sue those who enable terror. Yet somehow, a lower circuit court found a way to ignore this common-sense legislation. They claimed these terrorist groups deserved the same due process rights as American citizens under our Constitution. And there it is, folks – the liberal obsession with granting rights and protections to everyone on the planet, except hardworking Americans.

The Supreme Court wisely threw out these absurd claims. What’s more, Justice Clarence Thomas, always reliable, made an important point: foreign terrorist organizations don’t deserve constitutional rights in the first place. Can we stop acting like non-citizens who sponsor and reward terrorism deserve to be treated as equals in U.S. courts?
It’s about time the highest court stopped pandering to globalists and focused on protecting American lives. There’s no point in pretending that groups with blood on their hands should be shielded by U.S. rights. The real question is why it took the Supreme Court to set the record straight and why more institutions aren’t as focused on defending American values.
Liberal incompetence and their apologetic stance to international lawlessness have once again been exposed. America needs more leaders like Justice Thomas who are not afraid to call out the left’s hypocrisy and make decisive, patriotic stands. If foreign terrorists can sue their way out of consequences, what’s next for American sovereignty?
