For decades, they’ve pushed a narrative that American workers, especially men, simply refuse to do certain jobs. Enter the endless parade of illegal immigrants, filling the roles our own citizens supposedly shun. Yet this so-called “solution” is nothing more than a slap in the face to hardworking Americans and a sign of liberal failure on multiple levels.
Here’s the truth: liberal elites like Chuck Schumer and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez parade the myth that “Americans won’t do the work.” It’s not that Americans are lazy or unwilling. The wages for these jobs have plummeted because tens of millions of illegal immigrants flood the labor market, driving down pay and destroying job security. For 30 years, open borders and unchecked immigration have eroded the value of honest, muscle-driven labor. Why would any American settle for that when Washington keeps telling them their sweat isn’t worth a fair paycheck?
The cultural rot runs even deeper. For two whole generations, kids have been told to chase college degrees—even if they have no business or interest there—while blue-collar work is shoved to the side, viewed as some kind of undesirable fallback. The left’s obsession with “diversity” and “inclusion” conveniently ignores the simple fact that many Americans once took pride in skilled, honest work. Instead, kids are herd-marched into cubicles and air-conditioned offices where they can feel “better than” the people who actually build and maintain the country. This cultural shift didn’t just change job preferences; it undermined respect for the backbone of America’s economy.

Meanwhile, liberals act baffled and helpless, pretending they can’t figure out why workers are scarce. The real problem is their open-borders obsession and hostile attitude toward traditional America. They dismiss working-class values and demonize those who embrace them. The more they import cheap labor, the more they wage class war on American workers, destroying their bargaining power and self-respect. It’s a toxic recipe for cultural suicide and economic collapse.
If America wants to revive its greatness, it must ditch the liberal lies and open-border madness. It’s time to restore pride in honest work, pay wages that reflect that pride, and stop using cheap foreign labor to punish American families. The question is simple: will we stand for a country where Americans hang up their boots while others pick up the slack? Or will we fight to bring back a workforce and culture that respects hard work, roots, and above all, American men?
