Columbia University has been caught allowing anti-Semitic harassment to fester on its campus, turning a blind eye to their own students’ plight. Our Department of Education is not just sitting back and watching this disgrace unfold; they’re turning up the heat. Columbia violated Title VI, and they’re getting called out loud and clear.
This isn’t merely about stripping a school of its funding. Millions of dollars are at stake here, and Trump’s team isn’t messing around. The administration is cutting $400 million in grants because Columbia refuses to clean up its act. They won’t even consider reducing the obsession with race in admissions or addressing anti-Semitic behavior. The defiance of this Ivy League institution shows exactly the kind of arrogance we’ve come to expect from America’s academic elite. They’d rather lose funding than admit they might be wrong. Typical.

Columbia’s leadership can’t seem to keep a president for more than a few months without crashing and burning. Their interim leader resigned because she refused to comply with reforms. Let’s face it, this school is clinging to its elitist ideologies. They let globalist whims overshadow what’s right. The Trump administration is right to pressure them into compliance, setting an example for other universities that think they can get away with abandoning their own students in times of distress.
The Middle States Commission on Higher Education is finally getting serious and investigating these breaches. They understand the gravity: failing to protect students from harassment is not just distasteful; it’s illegal. It’s time these accrediting bodies take their role seriously and hold universities accountable. No more free passes for supposed elite institutions. They need to start earning their status and ensuring campuses remain safe for all students.
By trying to force Columbia to shape up, the Trump administration is there for the people, showing liberal elites that they’re not untouchable.
