The relentless march of left-wing lunacy has finally met a worthy opponent. The Trump administration, through a bold stand by the Department of Health and Human Services, has taken decisive action to stop the madness of child sex-change procedures. This is exactly the kind of common-sense policy our country has been desperate for. For far too long, radical activists and woke bureaucrats have pushed vulnerable children into life-altering decisions that no kid — or sane adult — can truly understand or undo.
Let’s be clear: pediatric sex-change operations are nothing short of child abuse, dressed up in jargon and political correctness. Taxpayer dollars should never bankroll these reckless experiments on minors. The proposed rules to strip Medicaid funding from these procedures and bar hospitals receiving federal funds from performing them are steps in the right direction. It’s a harsh but necessary corrective to a system that has allowed ideology and propaganda to override medical science and common decency.

This crackdown exposes the left’s hypocrisy and dangerous globalist agenda. While governments abroad and radicals at home push this twisted “gender-affirming” agenda, evidence, common sense, and basic biology take a backseat. Studies warning about the lack of proof supporting gender transitions for kids have been buried or ignored. The political Left, obsessed with cultural engineering and identity politics, would rather sacrifice children on the altar of “woke acceptance” than protect innocent lives.
Congress showed the courage to criminalize these procedures for minors, and now HHS is making sure federal money doesn’t fund child sex changes. This should have been done years ago. Yet what do we see from the other side? Outrage. Claims of discrimination. Why? Because the Left cares more about fulfilling their radical social experiments than protecting kids. It’s a sickness disguised as empathy.
The Trump administration’s actions remind us all that some battles are worth fighting. Defending children from irreversible harm is one of them. This is about morality, science, and sanity—things the Left consistently rejects. If the Left truly cared for young people, they’d stop incentivizing hormone blockers and surgeries that permanently alter childhood bodies. Instead, they choose shame, secrecy, and medical coercion.

Or will America continue sliding toward a dystopia where childhood innocence is sacrificed for the latest progressive fad? The Trump administration just threw down the gauntlet.
