Former President Donald Trump is applauding a few Republican senators for their efforts to prevent Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., and his fav, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., from trying to ram through a disastrous continuing resolution. Schumer and McConnell are the leaders of the Senate Majority and Minority, respectively.
At long last, some Republican lawmakers showing some guts! In a message for Save America PAC that was published on Truth Social on Thursday night, Trump said the following. Rick Scott, Ted Cruz, and Mike Lee are starting to work hard to prevent Chuck Schumer and his favorite, Sen. Mitch McConnell, from shoving through a catastrophic continuing resolution that does nothing to stop inflation, grow our economy, or reestablish the American dream — it will only put big government first and give [Sen. Manchin, a Democrat from West Virginia, worked to have changes made to the Inflation Reduction Act that were more to his liking. This made it possible for him to join the effort to approve the law as the 50th vote, which allowed Vice President Kamala Harris to break a tie vote.
Instead, we must find a permanent funding solution that will allow us to put America first once again in the face of the true emergency that is the radical left's destruction of the United States. McConnell is so awful! That brings an end to Trump's statement.

Because he refused to utilize the debt ceiling as a bargaining chip, he was not successful in stopping the spending of trillions of dollars.
For nothing, he gave it up. Now, he wants to give Manchin the item he wanted in order to ruin America and even the people of West Virginia, and he wants to do it by giving Manchin what he wanted. What do you think of his tariff on coal? Mitch McConnell is a complete and utter loser who consistently gives in to the demands of the Democrats, and he's just becoming worse as time goes on, so the Senate Republicans have had to do something about him.
Since Trump's exit from the White House, Mitch McConnell has been the target of the president's ire on multiple occasions.
There have been many occasions on which President Trump has demanded that Mitch McConnell be removed from his position as leader of the Republican caucus in the Senate on a "immediately" basis. It has been hypothesized that these demands may have influenced the Senate Leadership Fund, which is supported by McConnell.
