The latest buzz in the political world is all about former President Donald Trump and his possible return to the spotlight as the Republican Party’s nominee. And boy, oh boy, are the leftists getting their feathers ruffled over this one! They’re so flustered that they’re even calling out former President George W. Bush for not doing enough to thwart Trump’s potential comeback. How dare they!
A writer for the Washington Post, David Kling, went on a tirade in a recent op-ed questioning the whereabouts of Bush and criticizing him for not publicly railing against Trump like he did in 2021. Kling slammed Bush for not standing up for fellow Republicans like Liz Cheney and Nikki Haley, who have been sounding the alarm on the supposed dangers of another Trump presidency. Talk about drama!
But let’s not forget the real tea here – a new poll by Rasmussen Reports shows Trump leading President Joe Biden by a whopping 6 points in a head-to-head race. And when independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is thrown into the mix, Trump’s lead grows even more. Could this be a sign that Biden’s days in the Oval Office are numbered? Looks like the American people are starting to see through the smoke and mirrors of the current administration.
And speaking of smoke and mirrors, concerns over Biden’s mental sharpness are reaching new heights after a report by Special Counsel Robert Hur hinted at the President’s cognitive decline. Biden tried to brush off the criticism during a recent press conference, but ended up flubbing his words and mixing up world leaders. Yikes! It’s becoming more and more clear that the emperor has no clothes, folks.
In conclusion, it’s time for the leftists to face the music and accept that Trump’s popularity is not going anywhere. Bush may be getting called out for not jumping on the anti-Trump bandwagon, but maybe it’s time for the Democrats to focus on shoring up their own crumbling foundation instead.
