An appeals court tossed out the $364 million fraud penalty slapped on Trump by a corrupt judge and Letitia James’s witch hunt office—a penalty so outrageous it violated the Eighth Amendment’s ban on cruel and unusual punishment. This wasn’t justice; it was political persecution cooked up by a lawless attorney general hell-bent on destroying a political opponent by any means necessary.
For years, Letitia James has waged a personal vendetta against Trump, weaponizing the courts like a courtroom hit squad. The disbarred credibility of James and the notoriously biased Judge Arthur Engoron has finally been exposed. Engoron’s biased rulings were consistently against Trump; not a single decision in Trump’s favor during the entire trial. Now, even the appellate court had enough of this charade, declaring the penalty unlawful and throwing the whole case out with a unanimous 5-0 vote. That’s a clean sweep against political corruption disguised as law. Engoron’s reputation as one of the most overturned judges in history just got worse, and rightly so.

These judges are political hacks who have turned the courtroom into a weapon against conservatives.
This isn’t just about Trump’s business or personal legal battles. It’s about a coordinated, systemic effort by the Biden-Harris administration to sabotage a presidential candidate through the courts. These are political trials used as election interference tools in brigades of leftist lawyers and activist judges. The courts have been twisted into a weapon for the globalist, anti-American elite desperate to keep Trump out of office. But Trump stood firm.
