This week, he met with Venezuelan opposition leader Maria Corina Machado at the White House. The focus? Discussing Venezuela’s future after the fall of socialist dictator Nicolas Maduro. Yet, while there’s hope, Trump has his reservations about Machado leading the country right now, and who can blame him?
The fight against socialism is real, folks. Venezuela, once a thriving economy, was brought to its knees by the failed promises of socialist policies. Liberals conveniently brush aside the horror show in Venezuela, pretending socialism hasn’t failed miserably. But, truth be told, Maduro’s ouster is a testament to what happens when freedom is suppressed, and government overreach is the norm. The left ignores this cautionary tale, but Trump and Machado are determined to steer the narrative toward liberty.

Those pushing the globalist agenda would have you believe Maduro’s removal is the end of the story. It’s not. The path to freedom in Venezuela is filled with landmines—treacherous traps laid by years of corrupt leadership and foreign interference. Liberals may turn a blind eye for their own convenience, but conservatives understand that true freedom requires unwavering vigilance and strong leadership.
Venezuela’s future is still uncertain, and while Trump considers next steps, Americans should ask themselves: Will we stand by as socialism creeps ever closer to our own front door, or will we fight with the brave voices yearning for freedom? The choice is clear. It’s time to pick a side, folks. Is it inaction and socialist ruin, or is it the Trump-led charge toward liberty and justice for all?
