Trump Slams Biden’s Border Policies As Dangerous Calls Out Surge In Criminal Illegals

Donald Trump has unleashed a verbal smackdown on Joe Biden over the latter’s refreshingly ineffective (if not downright dangerous) immigration policies. Trump’s latest tirade on Truth Social painted a grim picture of the current state of the border, where illegal immigrants with criminal records are apparently living the good life, thanks to Biden’s disastrous open-door approach.

According to Trump, the “Sleepy Joe” approach has let in hordes of criminals, including murderers and drug dealers who conveniently fell through the cracks of a system that is supposed to protect American citizens. The former president stresses that it’s his duty to safeguard the nation and that he was elected for precisely this reason. It’s all a part of his mission to free America from the clutches of these “killers and thugs” who have been allowed to roam free under Biden’s watch. MAGA marches on, but the march is a little more concerning with criminals in the mix.

Amid all of this, Biden’s administration appears to be engaged in a legal game of whack-a-mole concerning their inability to manage the influx of illegals, especially those with violent offenses. It turns out that while Biden’s team hasn’t exactly let in “millions and millions of criminals,” illegal immigration is certainly on the rise, with Customs and Border Protection reporting nearly 60,000 apprehensions of criminal illegal aliens. Among those, a staggering 189 were charged with homicide or manslaughter. So while folks on the Left may quibble over the numbers, it’s hard to argue with the uncomfortable truths lurking in those statistics.

One interesting detail, often glossed over in the mainstream narrative, is the “Trump effect.” With Trump’s policies and strong rhetoric, illegal immigration saw a noticeable decline during his presidency. The Department of Homeland Security indicates a remarkable 95 percent drop in daily encounters at the border since Biden assumed office, which is nothing short of a miracle compared to the chaos that followed his tenure. Critics may wish to argue about the exact figures, but the bottom line is that it was clear that fewer folks were willing to risk it when Trump was at the helm.

Furthermore, reports show that February hit a historic low for illegal apprehensions, the best numbers seen since the year 2000. The much-dreaded “gotaways,” or those sneaky individuals evading arrest, plummeted from a crazy 1,800 under Biden to a mere 132 under Trump’s regime. Add to that the controversial yet bold decision to deport Venezuelans to maximum-security prisons in El Salvador, and it looks like Trump’s strategy is not just talk; it’s sending a message loud and clear that the border is not a free-for-all.

When considering all of this, one has to wonder: who exactly are Biden’s policies helping? It certainly doesn’t seem to be American citizens. With a significant deterrent now in place, the chances of illegal immigrants considering the risky trip to the U.S. are shrinking faster than Biden’s approval ratings.
