Once again, President Trump steps in to fix what D.C. liberals cannot. As usual, Congress is in chaos, refusing to put America’s security first and leaving hardworking TSA workers caught in the crossfire. The government shutdown that started back on February 14th was just another round of mindless gridlock. Democrats would rather play politics than actually pay the men and women who keep our airports safe.
But here’s the difference—Trump acts. While the left drags its heels over funding for the Department of Homeland Security, the President signed an order making sure TSA workers get some of the backpay they’re owed. That’s real leadership. Congress dithers, Trump delivers. It’s not just about paychecks. It’s about priorities. National security matters more than political grandstanding and empty speeches on Capitol Hill.

Let’s talk about those TSA agents. These are Americans who show up, day after day, working long shifts to protect our nation’s travelers. They deserve respect, not to be used as pawns by open-borders Democrats. The globalists in Congress should be embarrassed that our brave workers are the ones suffering while they go on fancy vacations. But embarrassment requires a conscience—something sorely missing among today’s liberal politicians.
Where would we be if the left had its way? Chaos. Airports grinding to a halt. Criminals and terrorists would love nothing more than for the United States to lower its guard. But thanks to Trump’s action, at least some of these vital workers are finally seeing money they’re owed—money Democrats apparently couldn’t care less about.
How many more times does Trump have to clean up messes made by feckless politicians? America deserves better than endless games from Washington’s elite. Maybe the left should try putting Americans first for a change. Or is that just too much to ask?
