The Palmetto Bowl isn’t just any old college football matchup – oh no. This historic rivalry goes all the way back to 1896, making it a true symbol of American tradition and sportsmanship. Before the crazy COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the Palmetto Bowl held title as the longest continuous non-conference rivalry in the nation and the second longest continuous rivalry in Division I college football.
