Trump vs. Activist Judges: Deportation Showdown Heats Up

The Trump administration is standing strong against activist judges who want to stop deportations of dangerous illegal immigrants. Border czar Tom Homan slammed a federal judge’s recent comments comparing President Trump’s immigration actions to Nazi Germany. He called the remarks “disgusting” and accused the judge of pushing left-wing propaganda instead of respecting the law.

Judge Patricia Millett claimed Nazis received better treatment during World War II than Venezuelan migrants being deported under the Alien Enemies Act. Homan fired back, saying the comparison was outrageous. He emphasized that Trump is using existing laws to protect Americans from terrorists and gang members. The administration has already arrested over 44,000 criminal illegals since January.

The Alien Enemies Act allows the president to remove noncitizens during wartime or invasions. Trump invoked it to deport hundreds of Venezuelan gang members tied to groups like Tren de Aragua and MS-13. These gangs are designated terrorist organizations, and many deported individuals had violent criminal histories. Homan stressed that every removal follows strict investigations to confirm gang ties.

Liberal judges tried to block these deportations, but the administration refuses to back down. Homan vowed to keep arresting and detaining threats until they’re removed. He criticized sanctuary cities for releasing criminals instead of cooperating with ICE. The administration is now pushing to overturn court orders that interfere with national security decisions.

Homan praised ICE officers for their bravery in raiding gang hideouts and sanctuaries. He warned that leaking details about operations puts agents and communities at risk. The administration is cracking down on internal leaks, with Secretary Kristi Noem leading investigations into whistleblowers who aid illegal immigrants.

President Trump’s tough approach contrasts sharply with Biden’s open borders. Homan noted ICE arrested more criminals in two months under Trump than in Biden’s entire last year. The administration is also working with foreign allies like El Salvador to house deported gang members securely.

Despite false claims from activists, Homan assured the public that detained illegals won’t be released into neighborhoods. They’ll stay in custody or be sent to Guantanamo Bay if necessary. The goal is clear: prioritize American safety over political correctness.

Homan urged voters to keep supporting Trump’s immigration agenda. Activist judges and media lies won’t stop the administration from enforcing the law. With over 250 terrorists already removed, the White House is just getting started.
