For all the left’s whining about Trump’s supposed disregard for court rulings, they are singing a different tune when it comes to obeying the Supreme Court’s obvious guidance on executive regulatory powers. Trump is simply honoring the Supreme Court’s rebuke of unconstitutional overreach by ordering department heads to scrap outdated and illegal regulations.
Through a directive, he challenged these bureaucratic wastelands to come clean and align with ten vital Supreme Court decisions. These cases, from battles with the EPA to academic discrimination controversies, have been critical in identifying the government’s limits. How convenient that the same liberals who clutch their pearls over “checks and balances” only hear what they want when it comes to the judiciary!
Trump’s executive order screams common sense. It insists department heads work with their legal teams to identify and dismantle these outlandish regulations. His move is brazenly pragmatic – it skips the unnecessary red tape of public comment when repealing regulations that directly violate Supreme Court rulings. When justice demands action, Trump delivers with unmatched fervor. Liberal critics may foam at the mouth, claiming ignoring the Administrative Procedure Act is radical, but the truth is self-evident. Trump’s approach is efficient and lawful.
White House sources maintain that Trump is merely ensuring that federal agencies operate within constitutional boundaries. This isn’t a president drunk on power. This is a commander-in-chief defending American enterprise from the clutches of overregulation. An administration that holds itself to the law is refreshing — and long overdue.
Sure, the liberals and their media lapdogs will attempt to litigate their way out of this one. But this administration, steadfast and ready, knows litigation is on the horizon. They’re prepped and armed to uphold what’s right: a regulatory landscape that is faithful to the Constitution rather than the whims of unchecked bureaucrats.
Why does the left hate freedom so much? When will they stop dragging their feet on real progress? This administration isn’t waiting around to find out. Unlawful regulations have no place in Trump’s America. And that’s exactly how it should be.
