President Trump has once again proven he knows what it takes to maintain order in the chaotic territories of liberal America. When Los Angeles spiraled out of control due to anti-ICE riots, it was Trump’s decisive action that restored peace. A deployment of 4,000 National Guard members and 700 Marines ensured that LA didn’t resemble a war zone, something it was rapidly becoming under Governor Newsom’s watch. Newsom, predictably, complained instead of thanking those who kept Californians safe.
The anti-ICE riots in Los Angeles exposed just how weak the Democrats in California have become when it comes to upholding law and order. Governor Newsom and Mayor Bass preferred to whine about not being consulted, rather than acknowledging the absolute necessity of federal intervention. While they cried about supposed overreach, one can only wonder if they have any clue about the genuine threats ICE has been dealing with, all in the name of public safety.

What exactly were Newsom and Bass trying to protect when they opposed ICE’s operations? Certainly not the law-abiding citizens of Los Angeles. ICE cracked down on violent offenders, murderers, and sexual predators. These criminals weren’t crossing the border for a better life; they were making LA a nightmare for its residents. By railing against ICE, the governor and mayor only reveal their true priorities—narratives over public safety.
The administration’s response should serve as a wake-up call to anyone still naïve enough to think that Democrats know how to manage crime. President Trump and his officials understand that you cannot turn a blind eye to criminality and expect safety for citizens. While Newsom and Bass prefer to point fingers and double down on their failures, the president demonstrated decisive leadership that the left so bitterly lacks.
So the question remains: Are we going to keep letting liberal incompetence turn thriving cities into havens for chaos? Or will more leaders finally step up to prioritize law and order, the way President Trump has done—fearlessly and unapologetically?
