Trump’s sons, too, can breathe a sigh of relief as the penalties against them were also wiped away. This ruling underscores the systemic bias against conservatives, particularly when it involves the Trump family. It’s all a part of the left’s strategy to undercut Trump’s influence and derail his political future. But these biased maneuvers are nothing new; they’re just one of the countless attempts that haven’t and won’t stick.
Even as Trump faced hurdles like temporary bans on him and his sons running their corporation, the excessive fine was effectively put on ice. Democrats dreamed of a death knell for Trump’s business, but will once again be disappointed. They can hardly hide their glee over potential missteps, but this ruling reminds them that their legal games don’t win the war.
For Democrats, it’s a bitter defeat. For Trump, it’s another affirmation of his tenacity and the resilience of the values he represents. Is this endless hunt against Trump a quest for justice, or just another desperate attempt by Democrats to wield power at any cost?
