In a turn of events that’s as foreseeable as the sun rising in the east, a federal judge has thrown out the prosecutions against two of the most notorious anti-Trump figures, James Comey and Letitia James. The Department of Justice, with its ever-swelling liberal bias, charged Comey with lying to Congress and James with mortgage fraud. Yet, thanks to a technicality over the appointment of an interim U.S. attorney, the charges have been dismissed.
These judicial determinations aren’t surprising. This is the same legal system that’s exceptionally quick to slap President Trump with frivolous indictments sourced from political witch hunts, while letting leftist elites like Comey and James slide through a side door on what are apparently mere “technicalities.” Americans aren’t fools. They see these manipulations for what they are—a blatant reflection of a two-tier justice system.

This case didn’t crumble because of Comey’s or James’s innocence. No, it collapsed because of an alleged administrative error in appointing Lindsey Halligan as the interim U.S. Attorney. The judge decided that only a district court could make such an appointment, not the Attorney General. So here we sit. The charges have been dropped without prejudice, meaning they can be filed again, but will they be? Or will this determination be yet another example of liberal incompetence winning out?
Comey and James have both reveled in any opportunity to bash President Trump. James has even spearheaded frivolous lawsuits against Trump’s businesses on allegations dripping with partisan spite. Their legal troubles being dismissed merely fortifies the ongoing narrative—rules for thee, but not for me. This ruling only strengthens their positions to continue their self-righteous crusades against the right, without the burden of accountability to their own questionable actions.
But fear not, conservative America. This isn’t a setback. It’s a telltale alarm ringing across the nation, a firm reminder of why we fight for genuine justice and integrity. The left can try to twist the law to free their cronies, but they can’t dampen the public’s fervor for fair treatment. Is this the justice system we want for future generations? One that favors globalists and punishes patriots?
