IRS whistleblower Joseph Ziegler appeared on CNN’s Jake Tapper show to face more questioning after testifying on Capitol Hill. Ziegler, a registered Democrat and experienced IRS case agent, exposed the corruption he witnessed during the Hunter Biden investigation. He revealed that he and his team were constantly hindered by the Department of Justice (DOJ), which refused to allow any questions regarding Joe Biden. Ziegler also disclosed that interviews with Hunter Biden’s adult children were off-limits. Furthermore, he accused Hunter Biden’s legal team of being tipped off about searches and revealed that U.S. Attorneys in districts outside of Delaware refused to pursue well-supported prosecutions.

Tapper, in a feeble attempt to defend U.S. Attorney David Weiss, praised him in the beginning but was countered by Ziegler, who had witnessed Weiss in the room when the prosecutor made certain claims. Ziegler stated that Weiss initially intended to charge Hunter Biden in Washington, D.C., but was told not to. He also highlighted Weiss’s limited authority restricted to the district of Delaware, which requires him to seek permission from other U.S. Attorney’s offices if he needs to go outside his jurisdiction. Surprisingly, Weiss has not produced any document proving he has special attorney authority. Tapper’s defense of Weiss and his repeated lies only highlights his biased reporting.
Tapper then tried to downplay Hunter Biden’s special treatment by mentioning that he was ultimately charged with two misdemeanors. However, the fact that Hunter Biden committed multiple tax-related felonies, in addition to other potential crimes like FARA violations, cannot be ignored. It is absurd to argue that he didn’t receive special treatment when he was let off the hook without serving any jail time. Tapper’s attempt to diminish the severity of Hunter Biden’s crimes is just another example of liberal media bias.
Throughout the interview, Tapper repeatedly attempted to defend Weiss and the DOJ’s handling of the Hunter Biden case. However, Ziegler stood his ground and presented the facts. Tapper even suggested that Hunter Biden’s adult children didn’t need to be interviewed, but Ziegler rightly explained that leaving evidence on the table is not how investigations should be conducted. Ziegler’s expertise in tax cases and his dedication to uncovering the truth shines through in his responses to Tapper’s biased questions.
In the end, Ziegler’s interview on CNN served as an example of a whistleblower bravely speaking out against corruption and advocating for an independent attorney to ensure justice is served. It’s unfortunate that Jake Tapper and the liberal media continue to defend and downplay the wrongdoings of the Biden family. The American people deserve transparency and accountability, and it’s people like Ziegler who are fighting for that.
