During her inauguration as Arizona's 24th governor, Democrat Katie Hobbs struggled to keep her composure. Her Republican opponent, Kari Lake, called it one of the most dark moments in the state's history.
In a video that has been circulating online, Hobbs can be seen laughing with her mother as she recites the oath of allegiance to the US Constitution.

Kari Lake, who lost the election, responded to Hobbs' inauguration through her Twitter account.
During her swearing-in ceremony, @katiehobbs laughed and giggled throughout what was supposed to be a dignified process, and refused to say that she would support our constitution.
