It’s the same old narrative from a man who’s more interested in political theater than solving real problems. Schiff claims Trump is making the chaos worse by sending federal forces into a city where Democrats have already wrecked law and order with decades of failed policies.
Let’s be clear: the people who are committing the crimes in L.A. are not just lawlessness out of nowhere. Liberal mayors and governors have spent years gutting police forces, refusing to enforce immigration laws, and offering sanctuary to criminals. When you let violent offenders roam free, and reward illegal immigration, you create a combustible situation. And guess who steps up to restore a little sense of security? The Trump administration. That’s right — Trump is stepping into a lawless mess left by Democrats and being slammed for it.
Schiff also tries to gaslight Americans by waving the tired “most immigrants don’t commit crimes” line, as though that’s the whole story. Sure, many immigrants are hardworking people, but when you have unchecked illegal crossings and massive raids that target violent criminals, yes, innocent folks might get caught up here and there. But that’s no excuse to stand down and let the criminals take over cities. Democrats treat public safety like some political game—when inconvenient facts surface, they hide behind platitudes instead of dealing with reality.
What’s truly pathetic is Schiff’s outrage over Trump federalizing the National Guard and bringing in more muscle to combat growing chaos on the streets. L.A.’s governor begged Trump not to send help, but when leadership fails, federal authority has to step in. That’s how you keep order when local officials are too weak or too politically cowardly to act. Instead of admitting failure, Schiff calls Trump an “arsonist.” Sounds to me like Schiff is throwing gasoline on the fire himself by refusing to hold lawbreakers accountable.
The truth is, the real arsonists are the left-wing politicians who have spent decades destroying communities with open borders, defunding police, and turning a blind eye to crime. Trump is just lighting a match to expose the mess they made. So here’s the question for America: are you going to keep buying the lies from politicians like Schiff, or will you back the only leader willing to stand up and fight to restore law and order?
