The Justice Department revealed that Prieto was trying to sell firearms to be used in a mass shooting to spark a “race war.” This means he was trying to start a fight between people of different races. Prieto is from Prescott, Arizona, and he is facing serious charges for his actions.
The charges against Prieto include Firearms Trafficking, Transfer of a Firearm for Use in a Hate Crime, and Possession of an Unregistered Firearm. These are very serious charges that could result in a long time in prison if he is found guilty.
