In the latest episode of the ongoing drama between President Biden and Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, Biden has once again come out swinging, making it clear that he believes Netanyahu is “hurting Israel more than helping.” In a recent interview with MSNBC, Biden drew a line in the sand, asserting that he does not support Israel’s invasion of Rafah. The president even hinted at cutting off weapons aid to Israel, suggesting that they don’t deserve to have the Iron Dome.
But Biden wasn’t done yet. He took a direct shot at Netanyahu, accusing him of not paying enough attention to the innocent lives lost in the conflict. Ouch, Bibi, that’s gotta sting!

And if that wasn’t enough, Biden had a little slip-up while mingling with lawmakers after his State of the Union address. In a hot mic moment caught on C-SPAN, he mentioned having a “come to Jesus” meeting with Netanyahu. Oh, the drama! Calling out Netanyahu by his nickname, “Bibi,” Biden seemed to relish in the idea of confronting the Israeli leader.
Biden’s not one to hold back, and back in February, he certainly didn’t mince words. When addressing questions about the Gaza conflict, he described Israel’s response as “over the top.” This criticism didn’t go unnoticed, as reports surfaced of Biden expressing his frustrations with Netanyahu in private. Seems like the gloves are off in this political heavyweight bout!
As tensions between the U.S. and Israel continue to simmer, it’s clear that Biden isn’t afraid to take shots at Netanyahu. The ongoing feud shows no signs of slowing down, and it’s anyone’s guess where things will go from here.
