Oh boy, here we go again! President Joe Biden just can’t seem to keep his foot out of his mouth. The latest gem from our esteemed commander-in-chief? Well, during a visit to a manufacturing plant in Colorado, Biden decided to show off his nuclear prowess. Can you believe it? He actually bragged about having the power to launch nuclear weapons! I mean, come on, Joe, we appreciate the confidence, but maybe it’s best to keep some things to yourself.
Now, for those of you scratching your heads, let me explain what Biden was referring to. You see, he was talking about the “nuclear football,” which is a briefcase containing the codes that allow the president to authorize a nuclear attack. It’s a pretty serious and secretive matter, and not something that should be casually discussed in public. But hey, it’s just another day in the Biden presidency, where the strange and unusual seem to be the norm.

But let’s not stop there, folks. Biden’s trip to Colorado was full of awkward moments. In his speech, he couldn’t even get the names right. He called the corporate leaders in attendance “Mr. Moon,” apparently mistaking them for a former South Korean president who hasn’t been in office since 2022. It’s clear that Biden’s memory might need a little boost, or maybe he just needs a cheat sheet with the correct names. Either way, it’s not a good look for a president who is supposed to be representing our country on the world stage.
And the gaffes don’t end there. Biden also decided to regale the audience with a tale about a conversation he had with the late Chinese leader, Deng Xiaoping. The problem? Well, it turns out that the story sounds suspiciously similar to one of Biden’s famous anecdotes about a conversation he claimed to have had with current Chinese President Xi Jinping. Oops, Joe, did you forget that you already told that story before? Or maybe it’s just one of those things that slips your mind when you’re constantly stumbling over your words.
Now, some of the Democrats might try to brush off Biden’s slip-ups as harmless gaffes, but the American people are starting to see through the façade. According to a New York Times poll, a whopping 71 percent of swing state voters think Biden is too old to be an effective president. And if that wasn’t bad enough, a Wall Street Journal poll found that 73 percent of voters believe Biden’s mental and physical health are hindering his ability to lead. It’s clear that these concerns are not just coming from the conservative side; they’re shared by Americans across the political spectrum.
So, as we watch Biden stumble and fumble his way through his presidency, it’s hard not to wonder what the future holds for our country. We need a leader who is strong, sharp, and capable of making tough decisions. Unfortunately, it seems like we’re stuck with a president who can’t even remember who he’s talking to or keep his nuclear ambitions to himself. It’s a tough pill to swallow, but as conservatives, we must continue to hold our elected officials accountable and demand better for the future of our great nation.
