In a recent call with rabbis for the Jewish High Holy Days, President Joe Biden made yet another questionable statement about his upbringing. He claimed, “You might say, I was raised in the synagogues of my state. You think I’m kidding, I’m not.” Now, it’s one thing to try and relate to your audience, but it’s another to make up stories about your life that simply aren’t true. This isn’t the first time Biden has embellished his past for political gain. Just last year, he claimed to have been raised in the “Puerto Rican community at home, politically,” despite there being very few Puerto Ricans living in his Delaware neighborhood at the time.
Biden: "I was born and raised in a poor, black, baptist, Jewish, Catholic, Polish, Puerto Rican area where I was a football player…" https://t.co/G90d2MzOOy

It seems like Biden has a never-ending supply of made-up origin stories. First, it was his small kitchen fire that somehow turned into a conversation about his beloved 67 Corvette. Then, it was his supposed connection to the Puerto Rican community. And now, he’s trying to convince us that he was raised in synagogues. Maybe next he’ll claim to have been a cowboy or an astronaut. Who knows?
All jokes aside, these constant fabrications from Biden are concerning. It raises questions about his credibility and his ability to do his job effectively. If he can’t even be honest about his own upbringing, how can we trust him to make decisions that impact the American people? It’s time for Biden to put an end to these tall tales and focus on the issues that truly matter. But judging by his track record, that may be too much to ask.
