The White House continues to mislead the public about the status of the Hatch Act, which prevents government officials from participating in political activities. An independent investigation revealed that Press Secretary Jean-Pierre repeatedly violated this law when she used the phrase "MAGA Republicans" during briefings.
It’s not surprising that the White House would want to change its policies in order to prevent these types of violations from happening again. Unfortunately, instead of implementing new procedures, the Biden administration is still breaking the law. This is a brazen attitude that shows how unaccountable they are.
According to Jean-Pierre, he used the phrase "MAGA" to describe the policies that the Republicans would pursue, but this is simply untrue. The Biden administration has been using this strategy to hide their illegal activities. It's another example of how little accountability there is in the White House.

The Washington elite doesn't believe in following the rules, and they're not shy about flaunting them. The word "shame" used to be used to describe something in the city, but it has become a thing of the past. The Biden administration is dangerously violating the law, and it's time for them to face consequences.
