It seems President Joe Biden just can’t get enough of those TikTok dances and trendy challenges. Despite claiming he would sign a bill that could chuck the app to the curb, he and his campaign are still boppin’ and hoppin’ on the platform.
Yes, you heard it right – Biden jumped on the TikTok bandwagon last month, all in a quest to “connect” with the young’uns. But hold on to your hats, folks! TikTok’s been causing quite the commotion, with its ties to China and ByteDance. There’s even a bill in the works that could slam the door on TikTok for good if it doesn’t cut ties with those problematic foreign buddies.

Now, let’s get to the punchline. Ol’ Joe said, “If they pass it, I’ll sign it,” referring to the bill. But lo and behold, the Biden bunch are still droppin’ campaign ads on TikTok faster than you can say “freedom of speech.”
But why is this such a big deal, you ask? Well, banning TikTok could spell bad news for Biden and his liberal gang, as the app is like their secret weapon to rally the youngins for their cause. They even roped in a whole army of influencers to whip up support for the reelection. Talk about using every trick in the book!
But not everyone’s drinking the Biden Kool-Aid, especially not on TikTok. Anish Mohanty, the communications honcho for Gen-Z for Change, spilled the tea by calling out Biden’s TikTok antics as nothing more than “cringy memes about Trump.” Ouch, talk about a burn that even aloe vera can’t soothe!
So, it looks like Biden’s TikTok escapades might not be the golden ticket to capturing the hearts and minds of the younger crowd after all. Looks like the president might need to up his game a bit if he wants to win over those Gen Z-ers.
