Once again, America’s border security is under attack—not from foreign cartels, but from activist judges obsessed with handcuffing the very president who tried to protect this nation. The latest gut-punch came from the D.C. Court of Appeals, where a bench stacked with Democrat appointees decided the executive branch can’t deny asylum to anyone who scurries across our border illegally. Apparently, their idea of America is one where “everyone gets a trophy” means “anyone gets to stay.”
Let’s just be honest: President Trump did more to stop the invasion at our southern border than any politician in modern history. Illegal crossings nearly evaporated when he enforced the law and stood tall against the mobs. But now, every self-righteous progressive in a black robe is racing to undo that progress. They bend over backward for anyone claiming “asylum,” even if those so-called refugees passed through perfectly safe countries and are now coached by lawyers to spin tall tales about their danger, or pretend to be something they’re not. How many bogus claims need to be exposed before these leftists wake up?

They refuse to acknowledge that plenty of these migrants had every chance to claim asylum in the previous countries they traveled through—but no, why do that, when the Democrats and their legal cronies are waiting with open arms and full wallets in the United States?
Let’s also not forget how quiet Democrats get about the dirty tricks behind these claims. Reports show law firms actively coaching border-crossers to fabricate stories about persecution. They lie, they cheat, and they count on activist judges to reward them with permanent residency. The left talks about “compassion,” but all they’re doing is encouraging fraud, chaos, and utter disrespect for our laws.
This fight isn’t over. The left-wing elite may celebrate their legal victories while crime, drugs, and illegal immigration rise again—but average Americans aren’t fooled. Why should honest citizens and legal immigrants play by the rules when every open-borders radical and their pet judge stacks the deck against them? The simple truth is this: America deserves leaders—and a judiciary—that put citizens first. Is it too much to ask for a country with borders?
