Hold on to your MAGA hats, folks, because there’s some big news out of Texas! A brilliant federal judge has just ruled that the unconstitutional Obama-era immigration policy known as DACA is, well, unconstitutional. We can practically hear the screams of liberal tears as we speak!
U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen dropped the hammer on Wednesday, declaring that DACA violated the sacred U.S. Constitution. You know, that little document that requires Congress, not the White House, to make decisions about immigration. But did that stop Barack Obama, the king of executive overreach, from protecting the children of illegal immigrants with his precious pen and phone? Nope!
Thankfully, Judge Hanen doesn’t want to send all those Dreamers packing just yet. No, no, he’s taking it easy and allowing the appeals process to run its course. However, he did put a stop to the Biden administration’s madness by barring them from processing any new applications. Way to go, Judge Hanen! Someone needs to remind Sleepy Joe that he can’t just change the rules whenever he feels like it.
It’s important to note that eight Republican-led states were the heroes who took a stand against this unconstitutional policy. They’ve been fighting tooth and nail to get rid of DACA, and now their day of justice is finally here. We can’t wait to see how many more victories they achieve in the appeals courts. This truly is a win for the rule of law!
Of course, the leftist immigration advocates are throwing tantrums left and right. They’re claiming that the Supreme Court will ultimately have the final say on DACA. Well, guess what? The highest court in the land has already weighed in on this issue. In 2016, they were deadlocked on an expansion of DACA, and in 2020, they ruled that the Trump administration had improperly ended it. Sorry, liberals, but your arguments are as flimsy as Joe Biden’s cognitive ability.

While the White House press secretary expressed her “deep disappointment” with the ruling, she failed to acknowledge the massive blow it delivers to the Obama legacy. And trust us, folks, there’s no bigger victory than destroying anything associated with Barack Hussein Obama. It’s about time someone stood up to his unconstitutional power grabs, and Judge Hanen is doing just that!
We couldn’t be happier with this decision. DACA was nothing more than a Band-Aid trying to cover up the massive problem of illegal immigration. It’s high time that Congress finds a real solution, instead of relying on an overreaching president to do their job for them. The executive branch can’t just fill in the gaps left by our ineffective legislators. The power bestowed by the Constitution lies solely with Congress, and it’s about time they start acting like it!
So rejoice, conservatives! This Texas judge has taken another step toward restoring balance and constitutional integrity in our immigration system. Let’s hope this ruling serves as a wake-up call to our elected officials that they either shape up or get voted out. We have no use for spineless politicians who can’t even protect our borders and uphold the Constitution.
