The Department of Justice is finally stepping up and doing what needs to be done. Americans who believe in law and order have watched for years as soft-on-crime liberals let violent killers get away with murder—sometimes literally. Now, by bringing back the firing squad as an option for federal executions, the government is sending a clear message: If you commit the worst crimes, you’ll actually face real consequences.
For too long, left-wing politicians and their activist friends have tried to make the death penalty a joke. They’ve tied the system up with endless appeals and wrung their hands about “cruel and unusual punishment,” all while innocent Americans pay the price for their bleeding-heart experiments. It’s about time we started enforcing the law the way our Founders intended—swiftly, fairly, and without liberal interference.

This isn’t about being cruel. It’s about justice. Lethal injection, the liberals’ “humane” solution, has faced so many roadblocks thanks to so-called “globalist” drug companies refusing to provide the proper chemicals. All their handwringing has led to a situation where justice gets delayed or even denied. There’s nothing more anti-American than allowing foreign interests and woke corporations to dictate how we punish the worst of the worst.
A firing squad is quick. It’s decisive. There’s no pretending or hiding behind bureaucracy. Some will say it’s barbaric, but is it really any worse than letting murderers languish in prison for decades while victims’ families suffer? In fact, the firing squad ensures execution is carried out swiftly, efficiently, and without any more games from anti-death-penalty activists who clearly care more about criminals than about honest, law-abiding citizens.
Law enforcement needs tools that work. Patriots need to know their government hasn’t been hijacked by soft, clueless elites who have never faced real evil. The DOJ’s move is a deep breath of sanity in a world gone mad with leftist coddling of criminals. Are we finally ready to put justice first again, or will liberals keep bending over backward to excuse the inexcusable?
