IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley spilled the beans on the Department of Justice’s shady tactics involving Hunter Biden. According to Shapley, the Biden Justice Department deliberately delayed making a decision on charging Hunter Biden until after the 2022 midterms. Why, you may ask? Well, they didn’t want to shoot themselves in the foot, of course! How considerate of them to prioritize their own political interests over pursuing justice.

Shapley revealed this bombshell information in his notes from a meeting between investigators and prosecutors. It was Assistant US Attorney Lesley Wolf who delivered the message to the investigative team that they shouldn’t charge Hunter Biden before the election. But what does “shoot themselves in the foot” really mean? It’s quite obvious, my friends. The Justice Department didn’t want to risk helping the Republicans by going after Hunter Biden before the elections. They were more concerned with protecting their own interests than upholding the law.
And it gets worse. Shapley and his colleague, IRS Special Agent Joseph Ziegler, repeatedly objected to this decision in emails and meetings. They weren’t afraid to stand up for what’s right. But what was their reward for their bravery? They were unceremoniously removed from the case. The Delaware US Attorney’s Office and the DOJ didn’t want anyone challenging their politically motivated agenda, so they silenced the whistleblowers.
This is not surprising considering the well-known political bias at the DOJ. We’ve seen it time and time again. Just look at the plea deal they were ready to offer Hunter Biden before Shapley and Zeigler’s House testimony got in the way. They were willing to let him off the hook, just to avoid any appearance of helping the Republicans. It’s a disgrace.
Remember James Comey and the FBI’s attempt to appear non-political? Well, the DOJ pulled a similar stunt here. They didn’t want to make a decision before the 2022 elections, but all they ended up with was a failed plea deal and a controversial special counsel appointment for David Weiss. The public can see right through their political games. And to add insult to injury, Weiss is now conveniently barred from testifying about the case.
It’s crystal clear, my fellow conservatives. The Biden Justice Department prioritized protecting Democrats over seeking justice. They didn’t want to hurt their own party, so they played political games instead. This has been evident for a while now, and it’s about time we exposed their true intentions. Justice should prevail, regardless of political affiliation.
