Hamas Supporters Set Up Camp at Harvard Defying School Advice

At colleges all over the country, supporters of Hamas are setting up camps and calling them “liberated zones.” These zones are where they feel free to express their dangerous support for Hamas during the Israel-Hamas conflict. Harvard University has one of these zones, even though it hasn’t gained as much attention as ones at Columbia University and NYU. The Harvard “liberated zone” was set up against the advice of school administrators.

It seems that in addition to dangerous signs promoting violence against Israel, such as using the antisemitic slogan “from the river to the sea,” demonstrators at Harvard have been calling for an “intifada revolution.” So, it’s no surprise that some humor ensued when sprinklers near the encampment turned on in the middle of the night.

As temperatures dropped to a chilly 36 degrees, the sprinklers began to cause chaos among the campers. Some videos showed protesters trying to cover the sprinklers with buckets to avoid getting wet. Despite this, the protesters faced more challenges as additional sprinklers started hitting tents on the edge of the camp.

While social media had a field day with the situation, joking that the “peace activists” were being “waterboarded,” the reality is these protesters are willingly supporting a terrorist organization. It’s concerning how these individuals are complaining about minor inconveniences while real oppression is happening to Israeli hostages at the hands of Hamas terrorists.

In the midst of these antics, it’s essential to remember the high cost of attending Harvard, where tuition and fees amount to around $83,000 a year. One can only hope that these students will redirect their efforts toward promoting peace and understanding instead of blindly supporting violence and terror.
