However, not everyone is on board. Chuck Schumer, the Senate Majority Leader, has taken a staunch stance against it, labeling the measure as a form of voter suppression. Yes, folks, according to him, needing an ID to vote is somehow on par with the dark days of Jim Crow. Talk about a stretch!
