Hunter Biden’s legal team is experiencing another shakeup as one of his attorneys, Richard Jones, has decided to jump ship. Apparently, he wants no part in defending his client against the numerous felony gun charges that have been brought against him. Can you blame him? This case is a complete mess. But don’t worry, folks, Biden’s remaining attorneys are still on board and ready to use the Second Amendment as a defense. Yes, you heard that right. They are going to argue that it’s unconstitutional to deny someone their gun rights just because they use drugs. Talk about a creative defense strategy.
Now, normally conservatives like myself would be all over Hunter Biden and his liberal family, but in this case, we might find ourselves on the same side. It’s not every day that gun-loving conservatives find themselves in agreement with the president’s son. But when it comes to protecting our Second Amendment rights, we’re willing to put political differences aside. And trust me, we have a lot of political differences with the Bidens.
It’s worth noting that this legal circus comes at a time when the White House is pushing for stricter gun laws. So, if Hunter Biden’s defense team manages to successfully challenge the law under the Second Amendment, it would be a major blow to the left’s gun control agenda. And I have to say, I would find that quite satisfying.
In the midst of all this chaos, let’s not forget that this is just the latest attorney to ditch Hunter Biden. Back in August, his longtime defense lawyer also quit. It seems like people just can’t handle the pressure of defending the president’s troubled son. Can you blame them? I wouldn’t want to touch this case with a ten-foot pole either.
