Hunter Biden, the son of President Biden, finally showed up for his closed-door deposition on Capitol Hill after his attorneys played the “threatening not to show up” card. But of course, he had to make a grand entrance by arriving late. Classic.
In true Biden fashion, Hunter took the opportunity to give a defiant statement to the media before facing questioning from the House Oversight and Judiciary Committees. He wasted no time in blaming “MAGA Republicans” for trying to destroy his dear old dad’s presidency. According to him, all the evidence against him and his shady overseas business dealings is just a big misunderstanding. Text messages and bank statements? Oh, they’re just being taken out of context, silly!

But let’s not be too surprised by Hunter’s audacity. We all know that the Biden family has a long history of playing the victim card. It’s their go-to move whenever they’re caught in a sticky situation. And boy, have they been caught. Just last week, Hunter was indicted on federal tax evasion charges. It’s truly impressive how the Bidens manage to keep racking up those legal problems. Maybe it’s a family tradition.
As expected, Republicans are not taking Hunter’s BS lying down. They see right through his attempts to deflect blame and protect his father. And who can blame them? The evidence against Hunter is mounting, and it’s becoming harder and harder to ignore. It’s time for him to face the consequences of his actions, instead of whining about the “MAGA right” trying to bring him down.
Meanwhile, House Speaker Mike Johnson has made it clear that the House is moving forward with a vote for an impeachment inquiry against President Biden. And honestly, can you blame them? The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, and the Biden family seems to be a never-ending fountain of corruption and scandal. It’s time for some accountability in the White House.
So, while Hunter tries to paint himself as a misunderstood victim, the truth is plain to see. His shady business dealings and questionable financial transactions can’t be waved away with a simple statement to the media. It’s time for him to come clean and face the consequences. And as for the Bidens, it’s clear that their time in the political spotlight has come to an end. It’s time for a fresh start, and a president who actually prioritizes the American people over his own family’s interests.
