First Lady Jill Biden’s recent fundraising event in St. Louis, Missouri, seemed to have fallen flatter than a pancake. With only about 30 attendees, including some Democrat bigwigs like former U.S. Rep. Richard Gephardt and former Build-A-Bear CEO Maxine Clark, it’s safe to say the excitement level was on par with watching paint dry.
Now, conservatives might find this lackluster turnout quite amusing, given the media hype around the Biden administration. It seems the supposed enthusiasm for the Biden presidency doesn’t quite translate into people showing up to support it in person. Maybe Missourians are just not that into the Bidens. Can you blame them?

With the event held at a lavish private residence, one might have expected a bit more fanfare. After all, who wouldn’t want a chance to rub elbows with the First Lady? But alas, the appeal just wasn’t there. Perhaps it’s a sign of the times – or maybe Missourians have better things to do than attend a lackluster fundraiser.
In the grand scheme of things, a small turnout at a fundraising event might not seem like a big deal, but in the world of politics, perception is everything. And a lackluster showing for the First Lady could spell trouble for the Biden camp. If they can’t drum up support in Missouri, a key swing state, then what does that say about their chances in the upcoming election?
So, as conservatives chuckle at the low attendance numbers, one can’t help but wonder if this is a sign of things to come for the Biden administration. If people aren’t willing to show up for the First Lady, then how can they expect massive support come election time? Only time will tell, but for now, the lackluster fundraiser in St. Louis serves as a humorous reminder that actions speak louder than words – or in this case, small turnouts speak volumes about the state of the Biden presidency.
