House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan has hinted that a new investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her husband and former President Bill Clinton is in the works. During an interview with Maria Bartiromo on Fox News, Jordan weighed in on John Durham’s final report into the Trump-Russia probe, declaring the targeting of former President Donald Trump is why Americans are questioning future elections, adding people need to go to jail.

When asked by Bartiromo if he wanted to see another investigation of Hillary and Bill Clinton, Jordan replied, “We’re going to give that a good hard look,” and said he would consult with his lawyers and House Speaker Kevin McCarthy. “But nothing is off the table because it is critical the American people understand how their government, their agencies have been turned on them, the taxpayer, and we get all the facts out there.”

John Durham’s final report into the Trump-Russia probe revealed that the FBI used “uncorroborated intelligence” when it launched its investigation into Trump, and repeatedly failed to maintain “strict fidelity to the law” throughout the probe. The report also noted that the FBI received intelligence that Hillary Clinton’s campaign approved “a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisors to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by Russian security services.” This plan was known as the “Clinton Plan” in the report.
Durham’s report further found that the FBI and the U.S. Department of Justice wasted no time in investigating Trump, but there was a “notable departure” in how they resisted the efforts to investigate claims against Clinton. The FBI briefed Clinton staffers on possible threats aimed at the Clinton campaign while ignoring information it’s received from “a trusted foreign source pointing to a Clinton campaign plan to vilify Trump by tying him to Vladimir Putin so as to divert attention from her own concerns relating to her use of a private email server.”
It is clear from John Durham’s report that Hillary Clinton and her husband Bill were not given the same level of scrutiny as President Donald Trump was during the Trump-Russia investigation. This double standard is unacceptable and must be addressed. It is time for Congress to launch a full investigation into Hillary and Bill Clinton to uncover any wrongdoing and hold them accountable for their actions.

The American people deserve to know the truth about what happened during the Trump-Russia investigation and if Hillary and Bill Clinton were involved in any wrongdoing. It is time for Congress to do its job and get to the bottom of this scandal once and for all.
