This wasn’t just an ordinary pardon; it was a handwritten one. Not by autopen, like some cookie-cutter liberal knee-jerk response, but directly penned by the elder Biden. How cozy.
The swamp is murky, but Judicial Watch is taking a stand. They’re suing the Justice Department to uncover the truth about what pushed Joe Biden to grant this outrageous favor to his own flesh and blood. Instead of sitting idly by, they’ve filed a lawsuit demanding all the juicy details behind the pardon from the Offices of the Attorney General, Deputy Attorney General, and Associate Attorney General. And let’s face it—there’s bound to be quite the story.
Just think about it: One month before retreating from the Oval Office, Biden scribbles out a pardon that backdates for a decade’s worth of potential federal crimes for Hunter. Nothing screams “peaceful transition of power” like leaving a legacy of pardoning crime-family members on your way out.

And, of course, the bureaucrats of Biden’s Justice Department refused a records request that dared to hold them accountable. Was it incompetence or something far more shady? Meanwhile, whispers of liberal favoritism and the elite protecting their own echo through the nation’s capital as Trump’s DOJ faces pressure to lift the lid on Biden’s little scandal.
The fact remains: Among 1500 pardons, Hunter Biden’s is the only one penned with Joe’s own hand. Just coincidence, or a deliberate favor? Only time will tell if Trump’s Justice Department has the guts to dish out the truth.
