Another day, another activist judge stepping in to protect the liberal media elite from accountability. On Monday, yet another federal judge brushed aside President Trump’s massive $10 billion lawsuit against a powerful, left-leaning newspaper that smeared him with false ties to the notorious Jeffrey Epstein. Apparently, in today’s America, giant media corporations can print whatever lies they want about conservatives—and the so-called “justice system” calls it free speech.
Where is the fairness? For years, Democrats and their allies in the mainstream media have thrown mud at conservative leaders, hoping something will stick. They cry about “disinformation” and “dangerous rhetoric,” but when it comes to slandering President Trump with the ugliest accusations imaginable, suddenly they’re protected by fancy legal technicalities. The judge claimed Trump “failed to prove malice.” Give me a break. Since when do these papers need to prove anything when they’re going after Trump or anyone who stands up to the globalist agenda?

Let’s not forget what’s at stake here. These are the same media billionaires who push open borders, destroy America’s energy industry, and cover up for corrupt globalists at every turn. They have no problem smearing Trump with wild conspiracy theories and sleazy stories, all to stop him from putting America first. And when Trump tries to defend his name and fight back in court? The whole system lines up to tell him to sit down and take it.
This isn’t about one lawsuit. It’s about the double standard conservatives face every single day. If a Democrat faced half the smears Trump endures, the media would cry foul, the courts would bend over backward, and the so-called “fact-checkers” would erase every word of criticism. But for Trump, and for anyone who dares challenge the radical left, it’s a free-for-all—truth be damned.
So here we are: another judge, another rigged ruling for the anti-American press. The left and its media puppets get a free pass to drag Trump’s name through the mud, and no one holds them responsible. Is this really the “justice” system Americans deserve—or just more proof that the swamp is alive and well?
