The Biden administration has the liberals’ heads spinning. They’ve condemned Trump for allegedly separating children at the border, but now that this isn’t happening, their reaction is beyond hypocritical. With liberals, it seems there is no winning—if you separate them, you’re inhumane; if you don’t, they accuse you of ulterior motives.
Now, let’s talk about common sense and parenting. If an illegal immigrant parent decides to take their U.S. citizen child with them when deported, that’s their choice. The left’s melodrama makes it sound like ICE agents are lurking, snatching kids without warning. That’s simply not reality. Parents make the decision to keep their family together or leave kids with someone in the U.S. That, folks, is called personal responsibility.
Rubio and Homan are right to push back against these distorted accusations. Birthright citizenship is a perk some are exploiting, but it doesn’t grant illegal parents immunity from U.S. laws. Yet, Democrats would have you believe that enforcement of these laws is itself an assault on human dignity. What about the dignity of the American people and the rule of law they voted for?

Liberals have painted themselves into a corner. They’re outraged over enforcement of existing laws, crying foul when children go with their deported parents, and simultaneously opposing separation. It’s as if the true aim is chaos, using immigration as a political cudgel against conservatives.
For all their crocodile tears, the left should remember they’re the ones refusing to fix a broken system. Choosing outrage over action, they’ve made a mess they won’t clean up. Maybe next time, they’ll bring solutions instead of outrage. But hey, that’s today’s Democratic Party for you: Always complaining, never solving.
