The ongoing saga of Joe and Hunter Biden has taken another twist, though one might say it’s just further proof of a long-running family narrative filled with deception and questionable dealings. While it’s been no secret that Joe Biden has a talent for bending the truth, recent developments have brought some particularly revealing evidence to light. Photos released by the National Archives have showcased the comings and goings of the Bidens and their high-profile Chinese connections, further undermining Joe’s insistence that he was blissfully unaware of his son’s questionable business pursuits.
These newly-released images from a 2013 taxpayer-funded excursion to Asia capture Joe Biden, then serving as vice president, mingling with prominent Chinese officials and Hunter’s business partners. What a coincidence that these meetings feature Hunter chatting up top officials like President Xi Jinping and Vice President Li Yuanchao while Dad is photographed with him, close enough to hear the deals being made. It’s remarkable how many times Joe Biden has claimed he never discussed business matters with Hunter, only to have these images pop up like a bad penny at a yard sale.
Of course, let’s not forget the origins of this information becoming public. The group America First Legal had their work cut out for them, fighting against the legal eagles of Biden and Obama who were likely sweating bullets, hoping to keep these incriminating images under wraps, especially with the 2024 election on the horizon. Such a shame for them that the truth doesn’t always stay buried; it has a way of surfacing at the most inconvenient times.

Rather comically, the mainstream media seems more interested in spinning the tale of a haunted house than covering a valid political scandal. One might wonder why outlets that often grandstand about transparency have turned a blind eye to this political dynamite. Perhaps it’s easier to let a potential scandal slip away rather than admit the possibility that the sitting president could have complicit ties to international business dealings—as if those photos of him looking cozy with Hunter’s associates are just souvenirs of a lovely family vacation.
As the implications of these photos unfold, one has to ponder the ramifications for not only the whirling dervish that is Hunter Biden but also for Joe’s leadership—and the entire Democratic Party. With a blanket pardon hanging over Hunter’s head and Joe Biden nearing the end of his term, one could be forgiven for wondering how much the GOP will pursue this case. After all, with little to hold over them, the Bidens seem to be skating on thin ice while maintaining a fragile facade. But hey, at least it makes for excellent political theatre—unfortunately, it’s costing taxpayers in more ways than one.
