The Supreme Court, in a classic liberal move, has given the Biden administration the green light to remove the razor wire that Texas has wisely placed along the southern border. Yep, you heard it right – the same border that’s been under siege by illegal immigrants crossing willy-nilly ever since Joe Biden took office.
Now, before you start thinking that finally, somebody’s taking action to protect our borders, let me tell you that this decision ain’t the final word on this nonsense. The feds and Texas have been at each other’s throats, with Texas trying to do the right thing and the Biden administration getting in the way, as usual.
And get this – Republican-appointed Justices Neil Gorsuch, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, and Brett Kavanaugh had the good sense to want to deny the administration’s request. But, of course, the liberal justices had to go and ruin it for everyone else.

The state of Texas has spent a whopping $9 billion on their border security program, “Operation Lone Star,” and they’ve been using razor wire and shipping containers to try and keep the illegal immigrants out. But the 5th Circuit court stepped in and stopped the feds from cutting the wire, claiming it was causing problems. Problems? Yeah, like stopping illegal border crossings and making it harder for the Border Patrol to do their job! Can you believe the nerve of these liberal judges?
But it gets even better – Texas has reported that eyewitnesses have seen Border Patrol agents actually helping the surge of migrants into the country. Unbelievable, right? And on top of that, they claim the wire is hindering them from administering aid in emergencies. But let’s be real here – we all know their real aim is to obstruct Texas from protecting its own border.
The 5th Circuit stepped in and stopped Border Patrol from cutting down the wire, except in the case of a medical emergency. But in the meantime, up to 5,000 illegal immigrants have been flooding into Eagle Pass every day, putting a massive strain on the town’s medical facilities. This is an absolute disaster, and it’s all thanks to the liberal judges and the Biden administration.
So, mark my words, this ain’t over yet. Texas is fighting tooth and nail to protect its border, and it’s about time the feds step aside and let them do what needs to be done.
