Stefanik Drops Bombshell Misconduct Complaint on Biased DC Judge!

Elise Stefanik, the House GOP Conference Chair, has recently filed a misconduct complaint against a federal judge in Washington, DC. The judge in question is Beryl Howell, who was nominated to the federal bench by former President Barack Obama. Stefanik alleges that Howell gave a “highly inappropriate speech” that called into question her impartiality in previous rulings against former President Donald Trump. According to Stefanik, Howell suggested that reelecting President Trump would lead to fascism in America and has cozy personal relationships with President Biden’s deputy attorney general, Lisa Monaco.

Stefanik posted the full complaint on her social media accounts and is calling for an ethics probe into Howell’s conduct. She believes that election interference by judges undermines public confidence in the federal judiciary and is illegal. In her statement, Stefanik emphasized the need to end this misconduct now, as it tears apart the fabric of our Republic.

This is not the first time that Stefanik has filed a complaint against a judge. In November, she also filed an ethics complaint against Manhattan Judge Arthur Engoron, accusing him of “bizarre behavior” and “clear judicial bias” in a civil fraud case against Trump.

Stefanik’s actions demonstrate her commitment to holding judges accountable and maintaining the integrity of the judicial system. She believes that partisans should not use the judicial system to exact political revenge and that the consequences of doing so would be devastating for our legal system, Constitution, and country.
