In a major blow to the Big Brother-style surveillance tactics of the Biden administration, the Supreme Court has unanimously ruled in favor of allowing a challenge to the oppressive No Fly List to move forward. This victory for freedom-loving Americans like you and me is a slap in the face to the Democrats’ authoritarian agenda.

Yonas Fikre, a brave naturalized U.S. citizen, stood up to the government over his unjust placement on the No Fly List without any explanation. This kind of government overreach can happen to any one of us law-abiding citizens if we don’t keep a watchful eye on the power-hungry leftists in charge. Fikre’s story is a chilling reminder of the lengths to which the deep state will go to control us.
Not only was Fikre subjected to this unconstitutional punishment, but he was also pressured by FBI agents to spy on his fellow worshipers in Oregon. This kind of unethical behavior should have no place in our government, but it’s no surprise coming from the Biden administration, which seems to have no boundaries when it comes to trampling on our rights.
Thankfully, the Ninth Circuit saw through the government’s attempts to sweep this case under the rug and ruled in Fikre’s favor. The Supreme Court’s decision to allow this challenge to continue shows that there are still some justices who are willing to stand up for the little guy against the unchecked power of the surveillance state.
Conservative stalwarts like Neil Gorsuch, Samuel Alito, and Brett Kavanaugh made it clear that the government cannot simply erase its mistakes and pretend that everything is hunky-dory. We must remain vigilant against the encroachment of our liberties, and fights like Fikre’s are a shining example of the importance of pushing back against government overreach. Let this be a warning to the Biden administration and its allies: we will not be silenced, and we will not be oppressed.
