Former President Donald Trump recently joined Fox News host Jesse Waters for a discussion that brought to light the grim realities of illegal immigration under the Biden administration. Alongside him was vice presidential candidate JD Vance, both of whom were clearly fed up with the current state of affairs at the southern border. Their conversation pointedly addressed mass deportations and the critical need to restore order, an initiative that many conservatives are eagerly anticipating for the next presidential term.
The discussion turned to mass deportations and the current administration’s refusal to take strong action. Trump was quick to bring up historical context, noting that even figures like Dwight Eisenhower, often mislabeled as moderate, initiated the largest deportation in U.S. history – a response to illegal immigration that Trump suggests should be a model for today. It was emphasized that while some individuals crossing the border may not pose a threat, a significant number do – including known criminals and potential terrorists. Despite media spin that seeks to paint Trump as a hardliner, the reality is that anyone illegally infiltrating the country has broken the law, marking a clear distinction between the law-abiding and those who flout it.

Trump pointed out an undeniable difficulty in carrying out mass deportations, especially when families are involved. He described the inevitable backlash from liberal media, predicting that reports of deportations would sensationalize the situation and overshadow the need for action. Nevertheless, Trump’s potential second term could create a unique opportunity; with no re-election campaign looming, he might be emboldened to make more decisive moves against illegal immigration – moves that the complacent Biden administration seems unwilling to undertake.
Vance, although not the one in the ultimate decision-making position, underscored the challenges and enormity of a potential mass deportation program. The sheer number of illegal immigrants residing in the country presents a logistical nightmare; however, the two agreed that prioritizing the removal of dangerous criminals and those who undermine national security should be a primary goal. Doing so would not only ensure better safety for American citizens but also restore the integrity of the immigration system, which has been compromised for far too long.
At the core of their discussion was the acknowledgement that the border crisis transcends immigration alone – it embodies a serious national security threat. With millions of unknown individuals already on U.S. soil, the duo emphasized that it is essential for leaders like Trump and Vance to rise to the occasion. At the same time, members of the current administration, particularly Kamala Harris, seem utterly oblivious to the gravity of the problem. Their dialogue strongly resonates with conservative sentiments, urging a tough-on-crime approach that the public has been craving but has yet to see from the entrenched political elite.
