In the past thirty-five years, many people thought the American Left, who are inspired by Marxist ideas, were better at political warfare. They believed the establishment Republicans and some conservative leaders in Washington, D.C., were working with the American Left and would always stay in power and get rich. They believed the only way to beat them would be to create a new major political party. They thought it would be impossible to make a new party because of the way the government is set up. But Donald Trump did something unexpected.
By starting in 2016, Donald Trump built a kind of third major political party called MAGA. He did this by taking over the Republican Party’s national system. Trump understood the people in power and had a plan that caused them to do many crazy things because they were scared of him. Their fear and failures actually helped Trump succeed in forming this new political force.

One famous military strategist, named Sun Tzu, said that knowing your enemy is crucial to winning battles. Donald Trump understood his enemies well. They were a mix of Marxists, bureaucrats, and others who cared only about themselves. Trump reached out to groups that usually supported the Democrats by promising to put America first and take care of everyday workers. Many of those groups ended up supporting him.
The elites and the media who opposed Trump didn’t understand their own voters. They kept attacking Trump and his supporters, which only made more people like Trump. By combining the traditional republicans and these new supporters, Trump created a powerful force that now controls the government. This shows that Trump and his supporters are winning the political battles.
