The federal appeals court has just granted a crucial victory to President Trump, affirming his directive over Oregon’s National Guard. This move highlights the president’s determination to restore law and order in America’s chaotic blue cities. An attempt to block the president’s authority was temporarily lifted, allowing him to continue in his efforts to address the turmoil in liberal strongholds like Portland. With liberal judges continually stalling progress with baseless legal maneuvers, it’s refreshing to see some common sense prevail at the federal level.
The audacity of the left is astounding. Liberal Judge Karin Immergut has essentially challenged the president’s duty and authority to maintain domestic peace. While her order currently stops Trump from deploying the guard to Portland, her obstruction is another example of how liberal agendas prioritize chaos over safety. Judges need to remember the overwhelming violence on the streets when they decide to sideline decisions made from the Oval Office. But Immergut’s hesitations haven’t deterred Trump; instead, he’s been vigilant in his pursuit of securing American lives and properties with every legal tool at his disposal.

Across the country, Democratic leaders would rather placate radical protesters than uphold the rule of law. Portland has become a war-torn zone thanks to these misguided policies. Violent clashes and ongoing protests target federal agencies and their operations directly. Yet, incredibly, some try to trivialize these threats, implying the situation isn’t dire.
It’s worth noting that this only fuels the president’s resolve. He won’t back down, even in the face of misguided critics. This “plenary authority,” some choose to mock, is the necessary strength required to stand up against unruly mobs when local leaders are too weak to act. Lucky for patriotic Americans, Trump is ready to resort to the Insurrection Act if needed, prioritizing stability over political correctness.
When will liberals realize that undermining the president only emboldens chaos? Will we wait until all cities resemble the lawlessness of Portland before action is deemed necessary? Trump understands the crisis and offers the remedial power of leadership. How long will we allow political games to impede real solutions?
