In what can only be described as a political twist that could rival a Hollywood script, former President Donald Trump is gearing up for a second inauguration, and his guest list is causing quite a stir. The Democratic mayor is reportedly considering bypassing the City Council to implement changes needed to ease the financial pressure these laws have placed on the city.
