The United States military is on high alert once again as they track yet another “mysterious” balloon hovering over US soil. It is still unknown what this suspicious object is or who it belongs to, but sources indicate that it did not come from China. It is believed that the balloon is not posing any immediate danger to national security or aviation traffic. As per NBC News reports, no signaling activity has been noticed so far nor has it entered any sensitive US territories.
BREAKING: U.S. is tracking another 'mysterious' balloon that flew over Hawaii.
It’s very interesting that these mysterious ‘spy balloons’ only showed up after Biden took over.

It is yet to be seen whether it is a weather balloon or something else entirely, but the US Military is keeping a close eye, and authorities have claimed that they will take immediate action if it moves towards the mainland. The object seems to be drifting towards Mexico, and officials have maintained that it has no capability of changing course.

Senior officials have also poured in their concern and have said that this is particularly alarming given it comes just weeks after a Chinese spy balloon flew over US territory. This balloon was finally shot down off the coast of South Carolina, but only after spying on crucial US military installations. The balloon collected information from the Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana for several days, including electronic signals used by weapons guidance systems. Intelligence that identified sensitive military sites was then relayed back to Beijing in real-time.
Sources have indicated that China used remote technology to control the balloon, which allowed it to fly over sensitive military sites and make multiple passes while collecting data. Officials have confirmed that the balloon had a self-destruct feature that was not utilized, but its failure could not have been because of any technical issues. China could have weighed the risks of self-destructing the balloon and chose to back off.
In times like these, it is imperative for America to be on alert and beware of foreign entities that could potentially harm our interests. The US Government must take appropriate measures to counter such foreign operations and safeguard its national security.
