While the bipartisan group of senators appears to be stuck in the mud when it comes to coming up with a border security deal, it’s crystal clear that the Democrats are the ones causing the slowdown.
The border security deal is absolutely crucial to the entire package making its way through both chambers of the government. It’s obvious that the Democrats are dragging their feet and not taking the safety and security of our country seriously. Negotiators on both sides admit that the border measure holds the key to the success of the package, but the Democrats are too busy playing politics to get the job done.
