President Joe Biden’s much-hyped State of the Union address failed to give him the boost he desperately needed, leaving his approval rating stagnant at a low 37.4%. It seems like Americans weren’t swayed by his speech, which some saw as a last-ditch effort for Biden to turn things around as his poll numbers tank.
Despite the high stakes, President Biden couldn’t even get through his speech without making a blunder, mispronouncing the name of a young woman allegedly murdered by an illegal immigrant. This mishap only added to concerns about his ability to lead effectively. The fact that Biden admitted he regretted calling the killer an “illegal immigrant” shows his constant pandering to the woke left.

Biden’s speech focused on issues that most Americans aren’t even concerned about, like Ukraine, the January 6 riot, and COVID-19. It’s no wonder his approval ratings are plummeting when he can’t even address the real priorities of the American people. Maybe if he focused on securing the border and lowering gas prices, he might see a positive change in his numbers.
The fact that Biden is trailing behind Trump in swing state matchups is a clear sign that Americans are yearning for strong conservative leadership. His attempts to deflect concerns about his age and health during the State of the Union only highlighted the fact that he is out of touch with the majority of voters. It’s time for a real leader in the White House, not someone more concerned with political correctness than the well-being of the nation.
